Association Management
Additionally, we also offer management services for condominium and homeowner associations. As association manager, our role is to advise and assist the board of directors in matters of administration.

We provide bookkeeping, bill paying and budgeting, resale certificates, and payment coupons for condo fees and assessments. We can prepare meeting notices and correspondence, provide routine maintenance, and coordinate major repairs and special projects.
