Windermere Management

formed in January
2005 when Ebright
Wight Property Management
merged with Windermere
Real Estate. Our partnership
combines both companies'
knowledge of Whatcom
County properties
and demographics,
and it creates tremendous
advertising exposure
to people looking
for housing in Whatcom
County--our clients'rental
properties are now
linked
to over 6,000 Windermere
agents in an 8 state
region. We’re
extremely proud of
our new affiliation
and our new name.
We're also proud of
our company's history.
We were the first
property management
firm to establish
roots locally. In
one form or another,
we’ve served
Whatcom County since
1962. And as Ebright
Wight, we’ve
been in business since
1982.
Our
Management Team
Doug Wight, company
partner and Associate
Broker, was raised
in Whatcom County,
graduated from Western
Washington University,
and owned Ebright
Wight, Inc. for more
than 20 years. Doug
is a strong supporter
and activist for community
involvement. He spends
much of his spare
time as a devoted
board and committee
member for organizations
that promote community
enrichment.
Sandi Jones is a company
partner, and Director
of Operations, Designated
Broker and Property
Manager. Sandi joined
our firm in 2001 after
serving 9 years as
general manager for
local property management
firm. She has a wealth
of business experience,
including vast knowledge
of laws that regulate
management and tenant
issues. Her dedication
and diligence are
evidenced by our company's
stability and growth
and the satisfaction
of our clients.
Our personnel includes
a property manager,
operations coordinator,
bookkeeper for management
accounts, office manager,
customer service representative
and corporate bookkeeper.
We are licensed by
the State of Washington
to provide property
management services.
